Coffee lovers probably know about the methods of making coffee in a funnel, pour over, Hario, V60. In fact, all these terms mean the same thing: V60 - a funnel with an angle of inclination of the walls at 60 degrees and a small hole at the bottom, Hario (Hario) - the name of a Japanese company that invented and patented that very funnel, and pour over (English pour over) translates as "pour / pour over".
To brew coffee this way, you will need:
funnel, paper filters, kettle with spout, scales (accuracy to 0.1 g) + timer, server or cup.

3. Fold filter along line. Put it in funnel, and funnel - on server.
4. Fully wet filter with water and don't forget to drain it from server.
5. Pour ground coffee into filter and level it well.
6. Zero scales. Turn on timer.
